Hot-dip galvanized bridge is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface process is hot-dip galvanizing. It is the full name of the rigid structural system that supports the tight connection of cables. It consists of trough type, tray type or stepped straight section, curved type, tee type, four-way type. It is composed of type components, arm brackets, hangers, etc.

Hot-dip galvanizing process description: Among various coating methods to protect steel substrates, hot-dip galvanizing is a very good method. It is a liquid state of zinc. After a very complex physical and chemical process, it not only coats the steel with a thick layer of pure zinc, but also forms a zinc-iron alloy layer. This electroplating method not only has the corrosion resistance of electroplated zinc, but also has a zinc-iron alloy layer, and has strong corrosion resistance that cannot be matched by electroplated zinc.
Therefore, this electroplating method is particularly suitable for various strong corrosive environments such as strong acid and strong alkali fog. Hot-dip galvanizing bridge is to immerse the rust-removed steel components in molten zinc at about 600°, so that a layer of zinc is attached to the surface of the steel components. The thickness of the zinc layer for thin plates below 5mm shall not be less than 65m, and for thick plates shall not be less than 86m, in order to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. As an effective metal anti-corrosion method, hot-dip galvanizing technology has been widely used in metal structures and facilities in various industries, and its anti-corrosion life can reach more than 10 years.
Features of hot-dip galvanized bridge
(1) The surface of steel is covered with a thick and dense layer of pure zinc, which can prevent the steel matrix from contacting any corrosive solution and protect the steel matrix from corrosion. In the general atmosphere, a thin and dense zinc oxide layer forms on the surface of the zinc layer. It is difficult to dissolve in water, so it protects the steel matrix. If zinc oxide reacts with other components in the atmosphere to form insoluble zinc salts, the anti-corrosion effect will be more ideal.
(2) It has an iron-zinc alloy layer, which is tightly bonded and shows unique corrosion resistance in marine salt spray atmosphere and industrial atmosphere.
(3) Due to the strong bonding, zinc and iron are mutually soluble, so they have strong wear resistance.
(4) Since zinc has good ductility and its alloy layer is firmly attached to the steel substrate, hot-dip parts can be formed by cold stamping, rolling, drawing, bending and other processes without damaging the coating.
(5) After the steel structure is hot-dip galvanized, it is equivalent to an annealing treatment, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the steel matrix, eliminate the stress of steel forming and welding, and facilitate the turning of the steel structure.
(6) The surface of hot-dip galvanized parts is bright and beautiful.
(7) The pure zinc layer is the most plastic zinc layer in hot-dip galvanizing. Its performance is basically close to pure zinc, it is ductile and therefore elastic.
Application scope of hot-dip galvanized bridge: With the development of industry and agriculture, the application of hot-dip galvanized has also expanded accordingly. Therefore, hot-dip galvanized products have been widely used in industry (such as chemical equipment, petroleum processing, ocean exploration, metal structures, power transmission, shipbuilding, etc.), agriculture, construction, bridges, transportation, etc. In recent years, hot-dip galvanized bridges have It is widely used for its beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance.
Focus on hotspots
Our company has developed an epoxy resin composite cable tray: it adds a metal skeleton to the epoxy resin cable tray, which not only retains the characteristics of the original epoxy resin cable tray, but also increases the mechanical strength and can carry large-diameter cables across The distance is 12m.
Our technicians provide a composite bridge to solve the problems of simple structure, lack of anti-corrosion and fire protection, insufficient protection of cables, and potential safety hazards.
Cable bridges that support cables attach and support cables to buildings (structures) or independently support cables through tunnels or caves, underground, in the air, etc., and mainly play the role of supporting cables through their own structural characteristics.
By arranging wiring components in the main frame, the entire bridge has better fire resistance, waterproof performance, anti-corrosion performance, etc. for the installed cables, which greatly reduces the impact of external factors on the interior of the bridge and greatly improves the safety of the bridge. Extends the service life of the bridge to a certain extent.
